Ahmedabad witnessed a strong professional turnout on Wednesday evening as JPP Network hosted a capacity-building program on “GSTAT Procedures and Recent Developments” at AMA. The event drew a full house of over 280 participants, reflecting the growing importance of clarity and preparedness around GST litigation and tribunal procedures for Chartered Accountants and industry professionals alike.

The session was addressed by Shri G M Patel, Hon’ble Vice President, State Benches of Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (GSTAT); Shri D V Trivedi, Hon’ble Technical Member (State), Gujarat State Bench (GSTAT), Ahmedabad; and Shri R G Hadvani, Hon’ble Technical Member, Surat Bench (GSTAT). Shri Ajay Suhag, Assistant Registrar, Gujarat State Bench (GSTAT), Ahmedabad, shared detailed insights on procedural aspects, scrutiny of appeals, and court fee requirements.
